Australian Development Scholarship

The Australian Government through the Australian Agency for International Development (AusAID), in cooperative with The Government of Indonesia, is
seeking expressions of interest from eligible persons intersrested in post-graduate (Masters & Doctorate) study in Australia

ADS is a merit based scholarship program available to persons from the public (government) and open (non-government) setors. Candidates must meet all
eligibility criteria including minimum GPA 2.9, minimum IELTS 5.0 or TOEFL 500 (obtained in 2007 or 2008) and be no more than 42 years old at time of application

Up to 300 ADS Scholarship are available to commerce in 2009-10. ADS guarantee 50% of all scholarship to women, and 30% to people in provinces of
priority to AusAID. Two-thirds of all scholarships will be allocated to the public sector.

ADS is open the following areas of development priority: sustainable growth and economic management; democracy, justice  and good governance, investing in people, and safety and peace
